2-3 pc games.. you have to sign up for gog. to get em, but I've been using em for a while.. no biggy.

you don't have to download it either straight away, just add it to ya shelf of games.

You don't really need a gaming PC with most of the stuff from GOG...it's mostly old games optimized for more modern PCs. But the one I'm using is about 7 years old without any updates to graphics cards or anything and it plays most games I get there fine!

Just picked up Planescape Torment for ?4.99 as well, so I'm looking forward to finally playing through that at some point! :)

I'd just like to add that after i signed up, and proceeded through the checkout with fog's 3 games, i was pleasantly surprised to see that my game shelf contained another 7 free games :-o

So in effect, fog has given me, not 3, but TEN free games :D

And that's not all...

... to make matters even better, i found another five free games, so i am now the happy owner of no less than 15 free games.

Seriously though, GOG are brilliant and I've bought dozens of games from them over the last few years. I had already bought Fallout 1 (in 2010!), but nabbed the other 2 freebies.

GOG is great. No DRM, just quality old games at reasonable prices with fairly regular sales (I think this is their second sale this month which is a bit unusual)

Dunno if your laptop will be up to some of them but take a look at some of the games you'd be interested in and scroll down to just above the reviews to see the requirements for the game.

Oh yeah, thanks fog. Already had the first one from a previous freebie sale so just grabbed the other 2. I think I have Tactics on disc somewhere but never played it.

heh, yeah i dont really like the idea of digital games, i prefer collecting hard copies, if theyre free tho i may aswell grab em :)
