    One of my favourite TFF tracks, that... I don't think I've ever owned a 10" (f'nar)!

    Today I'm at work nursing a hangover after the Christmas do, listening to an Ibiza Chillout CD.

    Christmas songs. And lots of them. More than once. Thanks to my kids going through Youtube via xbox360.

    If I hear Mariah Carey All I Want For Christmas one more time I shall commandeer the xbox and force my kids to listen to Summer songs!

    And it's only the 14th December.... lol.

    Just got back from watching the awesome Chantel McGregor at the Flowerpot in Derby. Excellent, also the first time I have heard a Metallica cover done as a solo acoustic..... It actually sounded OK.

    Fantastic array of beer on sale and I was driving, not happy, wished I had booked a B&B.

    Funny you should say that, I say a guy last month who did a Rush cover as an acoustic solo. Bizarre but very clever.
    I wanna tell you a story 'bout a woman I know...

    some Mojo magazine giveaway CD about the roots of hip hop, this was the best track:

    got bored with the hip hop and 70s funk, now on some old skool hardcore compilation. Most of it is 1992-93, right at the point when hardcore/rave tipped over into jungle. Good stuff.

    Currently a mix of;

    Carcass - Surgical Steel
    Dillinger Escape Plan - One of Us is The Killer

    and, shockingly, the new Korn album which is actually pretty good. I gave it a go based on one of the singles and it's alright. Nice and heavy, well-produced and not too whiney.

    Oh, and lots of Rocket From The Crypt cos I saw them a couple of weeks ago.

    Yeah, something of a return to form for them. Certainly leagues ahead of that awful Skrillex cack they were doing an album or so ago...
