The Beatles - On Air, Live at the BBC volume 2 (2013) Starting to warm to this collection the more i hear it.
I've read that Apple have been forced to release demos and studio outtakes from 1963 to retain ownership but on itunes only, i guess i'll need to set up an itunes account:sad:
One of my favourite TFF tracks, that... I don't think I've ever owned a 10" (f'nar)!

You have some 78's?
They could be worth something, best get them valued by a collector.
ha, hopefully there won't be any Mariah Carey in the thread I just started :)
Last year it wasn't Christmas songs in my house, it was bloody Gangnam Style on repeat for four hours, wonder what it'll be this year?
Just got back from watching the awesome Chantel McGregor at the Flowerpot in Derby. Excellent, also the first time I have heard a Metallica cover done as a solo acoustic..... It actually sounded OK.
Fantastic array of beer on sale and I was driving, not happy, wished I had booked a B&B.

Funny you should say that, I say a guy last month who did a Rush cover as an acoustic solo. Bizarre but very clever.
Swervedriver - Raise (1991)
XTC - Apple Venus (1999)
Best of Ian Dury CD 1
now "Rockit" - double CD of old skool hip hop. Just listening to Sugarhill Gang - Rapper's Delight and laughing at the line "I can bust you out with my super sperm"
DJ Pogo - The Breaks - compilation of stuff sampled in hip hop tunes
some Mojo magazine giveaway CD about the roots of hip hop, this was the best track:
got bored with the hip hop and 70s funk, now on some old skool hardcore compilation. Most of it is 1992-93, right at the point when hardcore/rave tipped over into jungle. Good stuff.
Carcass - Surgical Steel
Dillinger Escape Plan - One of Us is The Killer
and, shockingly, the new Korn album which is actually pretty good. I gave it a go based on one of the singles and it's alright. Nice and heavy, well-produced and not too whiney.
Oh, and lots of Rocket From The Crypt cos I saw them a couple of weeks ago.

Yeah, something of a return to form for them. Certainly leagues ahead of that awful Skrillex cack they were doing an album or so ago...
