Out of interest, which game does it bring up the first time you click the random seek? Mine was 'Ivan 'Ironman' Stewart's Super Off Road', which if being new to the Spectrum, I'd have been fairly pleased with. And don't cheat, I mean 1st time! ;)

If you enjoy kneeing your assailant in the knackers, then Renegade is one of the best games... The gamester is awarded with the sound of wallnuts being crushed in a nutcracker. Lol.

If you like smacking people around the bonce with snooker cue's then Target Renegade is your game. It's just a shame it doesn't feature the EastEnders/Corronation Street cast, coz I'd have enough entertainment their to last me a whole week with them ere snooker cues :D

I love that game for the sake of the character engine.. Trying to find ways to break it or make it contradict itself, or just to make characters behave in some bizarre fashion is more fun than actually trying to win the game..

    Elrond says "hello".
Elrond gives some lunch to you.
You attack Elrond with some lunch. With one blow you cleave his skull. Elrond is dead.
    You carry dead Elrond.
You give dead Elrond to Thorin
    Thorin says "Thank You."

    You open the chest.
    Gandalf climbs into the chest.
    You close the chest.
    You sit on the chest.
    You wait, time passes.. (x200)
You open the chest. In the chest there is dead Gandalf.

You are in the Goblins' Dungeon.
    You see: Elrond, Thorin.
    You wear the ring.
Thorin says "where's the thief" ?
    you hit Elrond.
Elrond attacks Thorin, but the effort is wasted; his defence is too strong.

what games is subjective to you .. I find things that are isometric 3d are pretty marmite in view.. e.g. knight lore.

there is a top 100 games, that give you a good start...

things like the don priestly games I like.. trap door, etc that do seem to get over looked..

some games have a lot of keys , e.g. krakatoa / hall of things , but are great games :)
