Which non-commercial spectrum emulators support USB joysticks?

edited March 2014 in Emulators
I have been using EightyOne, and I like it a lot, but it seems it doesn't support any joystick at all (there is a menu item about joystick, but it's not selectable thus I guess support was never implemented).

I have a USB Competition Pro and it worked straight away with emulators of other systems.

Almost every non-comercial emulator that runs in Linux, Windows or Mac. If it supports joystick, USB joysticks are supported.

The exception are DOS emulators: DOS don't support USB devices (only keyboard/mouses, and support is provided by BIOS).
    I was there, too
An' you know what they said?
Well, some of it was true!

Zero, Spin, Fuse, all support joysticks. Some better than others. ;)

So did I just pick the only one which doesn't?

Or does EightyOne also have joystick support, but I'm missing how to enable it?

For what it's worth, the next release of Spud will have proper joystick emulation.
