  • For tea this evening I had battered chicken breasts, cheesy pasta with sweetcorn and spinach, rocket and watercress salad.

    Been on a diet for the last year and have lost 4 stone. All my meals are calorie counted so here's the Sunday roast @ 762 calories:

    No margarine/butter on the toast?

    From what I've seen, people tend to plaster the spread on around these 'ere parts.

    Normally. I think you can just about get away with no butter with beans

    Lamb vindaloo...

    But after eating a real curry in a restaurant, when I was back home my own curry although tasty has became an anti climax, can't even be arsed to finish it off now....


    Food wise, my trip home is going to have a huge psychological impact on me I can tell :(

    Newcastle seemed surprisingly sedate while I was there actually, very few radgees, and the town seemed almost dead on weekends?

    ...and the weather was nice? That's what I really don't understand? That usually brings the spackers out in droves :D
