Don't bother with Soundcloud, it's better for short original tracks and you won't be able to upload all your shows unless you pay for a premium account. I've also had long mixes pulled from there before due to supposed copyright infringement so not sure whether your shows would be allowed either.

The best option for long shows is probably podomatic. My mate Ian uses it for his podcasts: http://the-lloydbrary.podomatic.com/

Mixcloud is another good one, but unlike podomatic you can't download from there, it's streaming only.

yeah you only get 2 hours of upload time with a basic soundcloud.

there's also mixcrate which has unlimited uploads (afaik) and lets people download everything, as long as they sign up

I think mediafire now lets you stream single mp3 files as well as download them, with a free account

Yes forgot about mixcrate - another mate uses it for hip hop mixes: http://www.mixcrate.com/tizwarzmegamixes

Didn't know that about mediafire, I've still got about 100 old mashups on there from 2008. The only down side is you occasionally get pop-unders for casinos and suchlike (or at least you used to - haven't used it for ages)

true, that can be really annoying. zippyshare does this as well

I notice megaupload has now returned as 'Mega', doing basically the same thing. don't think you can stream though
