Tranz-Am Sinclair tape reissue. Did it ever exist or not?

According to WOS Infoseek

http://www.worldofspectrum.org/infoseekid.cgi?id=0009443

it is said that the Sinclair reissue of this game sometime existed. Recently a mock-up inlay was uploaded to an Ultimate fan group at Facebook and they questioned the tape.

Anybody has reached to see it somewhere, or better than that, have it? If so, a tape inlay scan is really needed, not a mock-up...

Isn't the Sinclair reissue a reference to the ROM cartridge?

Sinclair released the 4 early titles on tape, they came with a silver inlay.

I've seen the Jetpac release but not the other 3.

Yes, I have Sinclair silver Cookie, Pssst an Jetpac, but not Trans Am.
I think I've never even seen this tape version.
    Is this authentic inlay?
On this Facebook page, people claim to have such a tape.

I have JetPac, Cookie and Pssst tapes under Sinclair silver label, but nothing more and nothing less. It must to be a list with all Sinclair Research releases somewhere, besides their software and peripherals catalogues (in fact, in 1984's one these forementioned games and Tranz-Am are listed under ROM Cartridge category with no reference to tape issues), just for a definite confirmation.

The Sinclair silver Tranz Am cassette is like the Yeti of Spectrum games.

Lots of people will say it exists, but nobody's ever seems to able to produce a copy for inspection, and all sightings seem a bit dubious. I've had an eBay alert set for the past five years for it, even, but there's yet to be one put up for sale.

I think you're about as likely to turn up a finished copy of Mire Mare than find it.

Making up fake silver Tranz Am tapes has become kind of an old sport, one would say.

One of the latest examples: last March.
And a different one: August 2007.

Thanks DeusX and everybody. I was aware about those mock-ups but I wanted to make sure myself. :)
