I'm having some trouble with fire and ice

after I select which world I want to start on the screen goes black and says

read only
trk 58 sec 12
retry,ignore,abort

help please I'd really like to play this game from the small introduction I've seen it looks great

I'm using realspec

Disable read-only for the TR DOS disk.

Not sure wot you mean, but when you use RealSpec to load the TRDOS game there should be an option to turn off the read-only protection. Disable and run.

I meant this should have been posted in the emulators forum rather than games

as it was the emulator that I needed help with rather than, as I thought, the game

but how would you know to do that when you thought the problem was with the game? dont worry about it.
