Yep, all eaten at my desk, had to be careful how I ate, as I never use a knife and don't want to put pressure on the part of the plate which has no desk under it, lol
Chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, peppers and garlic, wrapped in bacon, :) Wrap it all up in tin foil and chuck in the oven for about an hour (or 45 minutes if I'm really hungry hehe)

More like the 13-1 diet at the moment! Feel much better for it though. Whenever I feel hungry I just have a cup of tea.

It was quite nice. I'd buy it again. Originally thought it might be a bit too spicy but it wasn't all that hot.
Was the rice included in the can? I hope not...
The rice was Uncle Ben's pilau microwavable rice.
