Is this the 5-2 diet or something Lee?

More like the 13-1 diet at the moment! Feel much better for it though. Whenever I feel hungry I just have a cup of tea.

Thought I'd give this a try:

It was quite nice. I'd buy it again. Originally thought it might be a bit too spicy but it wasn't all that hot.

No, I just fancied mashing it all up with the rice.. :p

The rice was Uncle Ben's pilau microwavable rice.

Not sure what polo's orange rice is though...

Mines was yum, the steak pie is from one of the top butchers in the county, you should see their wall, it's covered in awards. The place is always really busy.

Looks cracking that. I'd scoff that in seconds. I saw it last night and it made me really hungry.

Hope you didn't eat it off the desk like that, it probably would have ended up in your lap.

Yep, all eaten at my desk, had to be careful how I ate, as I never use a knife and don't want to put pressure on the part of the plate which has no desk under it, lol

Sorry, my counting [strike]lunchtimes[/strike] days are over..

Nice flowery plate you have there. :p

Can't work out what the meat is. Is it bacon? If so, did you boil it? :o

Chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, peppers and garlic, wrapped in bacon, :) Wrap it all up in tin foil and chuck in the oven for about an hour (or 45 minutes if I'm really hungry hehe)

    Yeah, that's the one.
