Bank holiday brekkie, crispy seaweed, veggie bangers, egg, tater cakes, nice hot cuppa.
Veggie sausages are actually okay and i'm not really a fan of that Quorn stuff.
I love the proper Lincolnshire sausages, you can stuff the square crap they sell up here!
My egg or fog's noodles? If the former blame the lighting, I can't turn off the flash on my camera so I put gaffa tape over the bulb. But as you can see it's an imperfect solution.
Short of reading the instructions there's literally nothing I can do.
Is that real seaweed, or the deep-fried shredded greens they serve up in Chinese restaurants? Where did you get it from, anyway? If it is the Chinese stuff, I've never seen it in strips like that before.
I've had a Welsh breakfast with laverbread before, which was rather tasty (though thankfully without cockles).
Yours doesn't have the tempura batter though does it? Unless it was hiding...
There was another one being sold in Waitrose a while back which was very thin sheets of dried seaweed. Can't remember the name but it was lovely stuff.

I'd like some of Dave's crispy seaweed though. I love that stuff... tempura seaweed is lovely (if a bit pricey) as well :)
Nahh, forgot to get some earlier :(
I shall make up for it next time though, muahahahahah

Nah, the ones i get always seem to be a bit hard or chewy:smile:
They must be overcooked.
That green seaweed looks like errm... the scourer I usually use to clean the plates! :-P

Bought some potato cakes the other day. Tend to pop 'em in the toaster and then lather them with marge.
Is that a tinned tomato or a splodge of tommy K in the middle of the plate?
(Tommy K indeed.)
I also toaster my potato cakes, and usually burn myself trying to get them out of the damn thing.
I think so. According to Google.
I prefer hash browns in a fry up though.
I love tattie scones in a fry up with loads of broon sauce!
Me too! Heaped my plate with them at breakfast last Saturday and Sunday! :-)
Smothered the buggers in baked beans and BINGO!
Might have a "stock photo" from earlier on in the thread :p
