Brilliant album and definitely their best for me. A Small Victory and Crack Hitler are probably my fave tracks.
The Real Thing is another really good album and King for a Day... is pretty good too but Angel Dust is their masterpiece.
Yep, I loved King For A Day... - massively underrated, in my opinion. I have it somewhere on double red vinyl.
I'd say my fave album would be either The Real Thing or Angel Dust, but I also have a real soft spot for the first two albums, they bring back such great memories.
Listening to: Roy Ayers - Everybody Loves The Sunshine
Track: You And Me My Love
More Led Zep - The song remains the same (1976)
Blasting this one out, i don't care cos the neighbours were quite happy to keep me awake till after one with some weird banging sound!
Don't get me wrong some of their acoustic stuff is brilliant such as Battle of Evermore and Bron Y ar Stomp but i do prefer the heavier stuff.
fair enough. the acoustic stuff doesn't really have much of john Bonham's drumming and he is my fav member of Zeppelin. his drums are incredible. I watched a mini documentary thing about him the other day. can't believe he was only 33 when he died.

He's one of my favourite drummers, his sheer stamina and power was awesome. He also played some songs with 4 drumsticks!
trying to remember what ive been playing lately lol, some reyt weird ****
The Heliocentrics and Melvin Van Peebles - The Last Transmission (2014) (very very weird spaced out funk / jazz)
Cardopusher - Police Are Coming (2014) (real hard repetitive techno reminds me of the early rave days even has a song titled "01 - 1989 Warehouse" lol)
Atari Teenage Riot - Modern Liars (2014) (new single)
Primus - Primus and The Chocolate Factory With Fungi Ensemble (2014) (wow its like the weiredest soundtrack to a film ever lol)
Professional Mel-the-Bell Simulator................"So realistic, I found myself reaching for the Kleenex King-Size!" - Richard Darling
Starting to really get into this band. It's the first band Jason Newstead formed after leaving Metallica. Sounds somewhat remiscent of Alice In Chains in places. Good stuff.
The usual stuff from him. The last track is a bit slow like th epiano pieces on Drukqs but the rest is the dancy stuff he usually does. There's not really any stand out tracks but it's a good listen.
Oh, no. Every time you turn up something monumental and terrible happens.
I don’t think I have the stomach for it.

Yep, like you say, it doesn't really do anything outside of the norm for him, but I really enjoy it.

Tiny and Gazzer are doing a live show from a pub in bristol with some live psychobilly bands playing, its prolly gonna get messy lol
'Billys fighting live on air....I may pop in in a few after I've had a shower
its the long tall texans and rocker covers by the way
also the honky tonks and all cramped up apparently
One of the later better efforts
Not keen on that one, too much acoustic stuff on it.

yeah although I'm always surprised Hendrix didn't, in a lot of pics he could pass for 40 imo
