sorry to hear your news. "your mate" .. befriend northerners?!?!? are you mad ?!?! ;) . it didn't put a dampner on anyone's day, sometimes helps to just get things said with folk who aren't so connected with you.
post when you are ready, it's understandable you have things to sort out. It's the little things that you'll remember her from as silly as that sounds, years later. perhaps take Mrs boozy for a walk around your old stomping ground while you are here.
You have my sympathies. I am sorry to have read about the recent events in your life and I hope you find some form of closure or some way to endure and pull through it. :(
I'm so sorry for you and your family mate, I know what you are going through at the moment, I had it a few years ago and the different emotions which you go through are surprising. You are bound to feel everything, even guilt, which is natural, even when you know you did everything you could. Saddened to hear of your lost of you mother mate. I know how hard it is what you are going through right now. Your mum will no longer be suffering, and she will always be there with you in her spirit.
Sorry to hear it mate - tough you had to sort all that stuff out when you're still reeling from it. I'm sorry to say my Mum doesn't have long left either, although she's at home with my Dad and at least other family able to visit every few days. I know what it's like, but I know it doesn't get any easier each time you lose someone. Best wishes and chin up mate. Remember, even when it's your turn to go, the world will keep on turning; it'll just be time to step off.
