    It's just a silly/lazy way of saying Hula Hoops like I remember the kids round our way what didn't talk proper would say, that and eghooler oowpsh, ooler oops or something else to that effect. For example there was a kid in my street called Anh-urgh-eey which I believe translates to Anthony. I grew up on a couple of rough council estates and all human life was represented and for some the most exciting event of the day was the Mr Whippy Van.
