i got creme eggs only a few times a year, usually on easter.

Used to have a hard time starting them cos they were round and my teeth would slide off when trying to bite it.

Same here as a kid - nice thick firm snappy chocolate that you could bust a tooth on

I can Verify that Lindors here and back in England taste the same, so they are still good, but they're pricey.

Probably because they taste nice :D

Aye, well I wait till after whichever holiday it is Christmas, Easter etc.. and then buy up the seasonal stuff at half price, or more, off :) Works out much better.

Yeah Cadburys chocolate is pretty naff, but it's still a universe of tastiness ahead of Hershey, and the Hershey made stuff isn't as good as the regular Cadbury stuff.

I don't know, the maybe it's a similar thing with the Hershey in the sense that we all grew up with Cadbury's so overlook it, but Cadbury tastes like the best chocolate in the world next to Hershey, actually, the cheapest 'chocolate flavour' sweets and easter eggs in the UK taste like the best chocolate in the world compared to Hershey's, but my son will eat it and likes it so it's got to be a get them in young sort of thing..
I did work out there may be a loophole unless they've included it, The majority of Cadburys products sold at World Market here are imported from Australia not Britain, but I think the Aussie stuff is still made in the UK, so it tastes the same.

I've got Australian Double Deckers from World Market and there's no noticeable difference between them and the UK ones.

The precedent has been set, so it won't take much to close any further loopholes that exist I reckon.

    I thought Dove was soap?

Now that's a proper case of brand confusion, but I think you'd figure it out pretty quickly, either way.. ;)

I'm curious now if the ban covers just retail?

I was wondering if it affects small orders from Amazon? If so surely Amazon will fight them tooth and nail.

Amazon must make a fortune from stuff like this, I've ordered 6 packs of Drifters, boxes of crisps both Tayto and Walkers (Wife's little cousin loves Walker Cheese n' Onion), boxes of Cadbury's Flakes (for putting in ice creams) and up until a month or so ago when they decided to close down our deal (They were losing money on subscribers), I was getting a case of Irn-Bru delivered monthly.

It started off at about $12, now it's $18 or $24 maybe?

But my wife has an amazon prime account so for years as the price went up and up we were still getting it for $12 even though new subscribers or 1-time buyers were paying the new price

Now I just get 1 case every 3 months, but it doesn't matter as I have 23 bottles of it in the cupboard at the minute anyway :D
    Every night is curry night!
