Database errors when posting?

Hey guys,

Anyone else getting database errors when trying to reply to threads?

The posts are persisting, just worried that things might be about to fall over again :(

    I can successfully post without any errors as well.

    Seems to me that only some of threads are affected.

    Also, last post and replies count columns are broken for some topics.

    Perhaps it would be an idea to post the errors as well?
    Not only that but the OS and version, Browser and version etc?

    Thats not true.

    Games / F19 and Gunship 128k versions has same issue.

    Had trouble posting to the Remakes of Game by chinnyhill. Stopped posting so that it doesn't have multiple comments.

    it seems something happened 6-7 hours ago (maybe at 12:00 ?), because all mentioned threads have 'replies' in the list of threads set to what the number of replies was 6-7 hour ago.

    for example. thread 'The 20th comp.sys.sinclair Crap Games Competition thread!' is shown with 102 replies. and message 103 (102nd reply) was written 19hrs ago and msg nr. 104 just 3 hrs ago.

    No major issues but i have had a message a few times telling me i have already posted a thread when i have just posted it.
    Hope things aren't going to go belly up again.

    I also got the error when trying to start a new thread.

    I've got errors when posting in the 1985-2015 thread [Games section], and the "last post" for it isn't working.

    In fact, I think it isn't working in all the Games section, and probably in other sections too.

    I got the error when posting in the Remakes thread (twice) but didn't get it when creating this one.

    Edit: replying to this causes the error too...

    Seems to crash when trying to make a new page of postings when in the Games section, my post about Sidearms will be on a new page, but the page cannot be read or seen, I can see it when I click on the postings I've made but cannot read the full posting.
    Oh well, time to get busy and watch this new version of Poldark with shakey cam, mumbling and over dramatic music.

    I've had a few errors on and off for a while.

    usually page cannot be displayed errors, or database error messages.

    A quick refresh usually works, or going back to the front page and clicking on forum.

    There was a period a few weeks back when WOS went off for about 2 days, figured everyone had had it since there was little activity in the time I was having trouble?

    Curious: The remakes thread shows 0 replies in the thread index, but it has 9.

    Yeah, got the error myself when creating a new thread. Then every time I tried to edit it (though the edits did get saved). Made about three edits, got the error every time.

    kept reposting the same reply it kept telling me duplicate, refreshed waited refreshed waited, Database error, or telling me it'd already been posted.

    Restarted my computer in the end just to see if it was maybe my machine going loopy (even though I knew secretly it wasn't, it was worth a try), my reply still isn't there.

    Can't be arsed to retype it now.

    There was a similar situation last summer where (as far as I remember) the WOS database was rolled back to a point where it hadn't been corrupted. I wonder if that'll happen this time too?

    My repies in 'Some Spectrum Adventure Reviews' all got he error and appear to be their without showing as a new reply in the listing.
