Okay, these are what have been used in a grey +2 case (I'm sure a +2A uses the same, when I dig out my +2A I will check): They look like black Phillips (cross head) pan head No.4 self tapping screws with a thread length of 11mm (0.433"), overall length 13mm (0.512" or 1/2"). They are the type with a flat end (no point).

I suggest you get these
NEW SIZE, size 4, 2.8, Phillips Pan, Black, length 12.7, QTY 10, order code MF-ST22B/10 price £0.65
Then if needed, file the end down if they are too long.
