I went to the Atomics Galleria ages ago and found a boxing ring, I agreed to a fight with the Mr Handy Boxer but when I tried to leave they attacked me so I ran away but they followed me. I went back a while later and the boxing ring was empty but luckily no one attacked me.
I did notice that the area at the water near the galleria is crawling with Radscorpions so watch out if ever down there.
Last night Preston cornered me at sanctuary while I was repairing some power armour and asked me to clear out a new site called Murkwater Construction site, I went there and had to kill a Mirelurk queen and a few other Mirelurks. Did that and gave them some food, water and some beds.
i went up the tower then shot the boss first, then sat sniping all the ones that were hovering about, then cleaned out the shops etc. There was some fella loitering in the cafe so I blew him up too, :D
We need to be able to have half a dozen companions with us at a time, then I can create the greatest PoloRoboArmy the world has ever seen!!!! muahahahah

Literally yesterday I finished my Beam transmitter thing, I was about to step into it........and......Tenpines Bluff is under attack :))
Today I decided to tie up my 1 and only misc objective which was to retrieve some "aluminum" from Med-Tek Research....I brought this one on myself, because I sent my Eyebot out to look for it, about 3 days ago.
Then guess what happened, one of my settlers comes up and drops the old bombshell "You gotta help! They've kidnapped my friend". Guess where her friend is...Yup!.....It's the Federal Ration Stockpile! Who woulda thunk it? :))
Although it's probably been over a week since I've had one of these stupid side quests, and Pisstain Garbage, hasn't spoke to me in weeks now :))
Well after an entire morning of running around I'm back where I was the other day standing infront of my teleportation thingummyjigga.
Did the mission with the Museum of Witchcraft, I was a bast, and reloaded my save after the Deathclaw bit, and went and finished the delivery off. Wellingham is a turd who I'd like to put out of commission, so I stiffed him for all the caps he would give me, and I got a recipe for Deathclaw omelette :))
Now I think it could be time to pause the game and go do a few other things I need to do, and probably not get back to it til' tomorrow, even if I want to :))
Oh my.....In the Institute....My world has just been turned upside down, shook around, the snowstorm settled, then a tornado went through, and things got more than shook 20 fold :O
Wish I'd gone there sooner, now I feel really bad for the Railroad and the Minutemen, the Brotherhood are still bellends though, and if one of the 4 factions needs to go it'll still be them knobs :))
I've heard there's a way to complete the game and keep all factions happy but I don't know what to do to achieve that. The Brotherhood will soon be history MUHAHAHAHA!
Everybody in the institute seems so nice, it's weird, they're too nice.
I'm sure once I start digging around I'll uncover some unpleasantness, that Dr. Ayo dude seems a bit snarky, might have to give him a slap later on :))
But as usual my exploration has been cut short and I rushed through the Institute like a crazy person trying to meet the directors as quickly as possible, because as I was wandering around taking in the sites and talking to people I get the wonderful message "Finch Farm is under attack, Help defend Finch Farm".....Bloody typical! [-(
I wonder if old Abe Finch will find it weird when I materialize out of nowhere, as I'm fast travelling there straight from the Institute? :))
I guess now I start the arduous journey of really trying to keep everyone happy, will I succeed, or will I become a bigger murderous tyrant than our very own Mr. Polomint? :-?
I'm just messing about with a couple of settlements for now, wondering what to do next basically.
I found a backdoor into the FEV lab in the institute while I was in there, and the place looked all beat up and old. So I'm assuming I found a way into the old lab, as there's a door in the main part of the Bioscience labs, and I don't think it was locked? Hmmm went in there saw the state of the place and the smashed up gen 1 Synth on the floor and bottled it :))
Figured I shouldn't have gone in there at the time, but I will sometime today, once I kind of work out what is and isn't safe to do without making people angry at me. But I'm sure the Institute won't take too kindly to me snooping around in there...But I do recall a promise I made to Virgil, so I'm assuming I can get him what he needs from in there? Maybe?

Was playing earlier when an alert appeared that i had to 'defend the artillery at Sanctuary' but i'm at that settlement and there's nothing going on. There was some distant gunfire and a few explosions but they sounded far away. No one had tried to penetrate the defences so far.
Maybe it's a bug?

I've noticed that happening sometimes at different places. Some kind of bug I expect.
My settlements are all knackered, for about 1 hour today I had no warning signs next to any of them on the list. None of them will go above a happiness of 80% with the exception of Sanctuary which I managed to get to 93% once. Seems like the more I add to them the more miserable they get. A settlement that's at 80%, I give it more food add 1 more person to farm the food add a bed, a place for them to live...Nope! After that the base happiness stays anywhere between 60%-75%. I add bars, shops whatever nope, still no higher, infact more alerts.
I can understand Sanctuary being a bit annoyed at the minute as a Vertibird just crashed into the middle of the street. I assume now much like the Mechanist Robots that attacked I'm going to have a burning Vertibird in the street forever now.
Like I've said before, no matter how many patches, no matter how many improvements, settlements are still completely broken...
Hmmmm? If it was you who blew up that Vertibird you can't be much further away than Abernathy Farm by now, right that's it I'm getting my *Gauss Rifle and coming after yer'..... :P
*I'm assuming if I could come after you I'd need something with some welly to do the job by now :))
Piper's getting as annoying as Cait now, I've got too much going on right now to bother with fanny. I'm sorely tempted to go and get Dogmeat, Strong, or Valentine back, they don't constantly bug me about wanting to suck my knob :))
I'm toying with installing a hacked version of FO4, so that I can **** about with some mods, some of them look hilarious, :)
