I'm off now to build a robot suit out of cardboard boxes, paint it silver, and wear it. At least I'll be safe from the forthcoming human extinction!
First a harmless-looking one to vacuum the floor. Then a seemingly useful one to do kitchen chores. Folllowed by one to do your grocery shopping, one to help grandma get in & out of bed, and another one to mow your lawn & wash your car.
But then (and only then!), when all your weaknesses are known, your house is filled with 'em and all exits are covered, then they'll strike. And we'll be serving as their energy source before we even know what hit us.
