  • He was bobbing along. I didn't notice anyone stop sobbing when he starting throbbing his own sweet song, though.

    Yeah, robins are cool (and vicious). I saw a nature programme once where they placed a stuffed fake robin on a real one's 'manor'. It reduced it to a ball of fluff in a few minutes.

  • Saw this caterpillar on the wall over the weekend. I tried a quick Google Images search to try and identify it (I'm sure it's very common!) but no luck. Anybody know?

    Please don't post any more moth pictures(or butterfly pics). I have a major phobia with moths...even Hummingird moths.

    It looks on the big side but it's hard to tell the scale, I'm still going to go with Tomato moth caterpillar.

    A girl I once knew had a real phobia about my favourite food stuff, Baked Beans, would have married her, but I loved my beans more !

    I think you're right! The colour and spot markings looks like the little chap I saw. Size-wise (up to 40mmm) seems about right from memory.
