Help me dear Wossers! My Zanussi TT100FF is rubbish! There's no water in drip-tray and it's probably over a year old, just leaking all over the floor. Don't think the tray has ever caught a drop. :/ Any one? :(
You gotta a leak mate. We've got a Zanussi and that just leaks water out of the door. It just seems to collect in the may fridge bit. Wouldn't buy them again. Useless.
I guess all you can do is trace the feed, which should be above the tray and see if there are any leaks or drips. I think some of the feed is rubber, not sure how easy they are to change though.

Kind of what I feared. Nothing we buy for the house works. We've only just replaced the whole kitchen floor because of a leak, and now it looks like we'll have to do it again. :( There's a couple of coppery pipes on the machine that are wet, so maybe they're part of the cause. Thanks for info. Yup, I'll know to avoid Zanussi next time! :)
As a thought, you could try smearing some silicon sealent (use the plumbers clear stuff) around any joints on the pipe. It might work as a temporary measure.

regardless of if it's just over a year old, speak to the makers... items you buy new should have a certain lifespan i.e. 3-8 years or whatever and not just the year it was under warrenty. you have the original receipt or proof when it was bought?
also check forums for the same model to see if it's a common fault etc. a lot of things see to have "batch" issues or design flaws that are common to not just 1 customer.
Sorry about your drippy fridge. I'd totally forgotten about that brand, we do not get them here AFAIK.
BTW what is Zanussi is it a planet? **EDIT** Nope, just checked wiki-p and its an Italian called Antonio Zanussi who started it, so if you want someone to blame for your drippy fridge blame him.
