    To beat it you must find zx1's old Neighbour who then can accompany you as an NPC, once you find the pizza monster it will aggro on him so you can kill it.

    Would your perk you get for maxing out zx1's old neighbor as a companion be the ability to sing realy loudly to Tom Jones, or Take That, or perhaps the ability to hit the children in the game after consuming alchohol?

    An elaborate 3d adventure set in the 00's in which the pizza fearing (Pizzphobia?) Tom Jones impersonator's mission is to have a poo at Paul Daniel's sweet smelling mansion.
