The experts say you should only eat this and that, but they will eat whatever they want, they say if we do, we will get fat, yet a lot of the experts are well above average size, the doctors tell you don't drink or smoke, yet they are outside smoking their asses off at break time, and loading their shopping trolleys with Litre bottles of spirits.
Everything in moderation most times, but stodge fests are a must sometimes, if we eat a perfect diet without cheating, keep the perfect level of vitamins and minerals at all times, take lots of exercise, we may live to 150.
But we would probably die of boredom along the way !
I will take a bowl of that Boozy, with pleasure !

Every time I read that the oldest person in the world has died, I have to do a quick check to see it isn't ME..........
When I said it was a stodge fest it wasn't meant as a criticism... ;)
Here's what I had last night. Burgers and salad. Was considering burger and chips but thought I'd replace the chips with a second burger as I've got four of them and need to eat them all (they're the refrigerated ones, not the frozen ones).
When I have a salad it has a big pile of fine grated cheese, a pile of fine grated carrot, a whole Beetroot, a few slices of well ripe beefsteak tomato, a few thin slices of cucumber, mustard & cress, 2 boiled eggs ( halved ) on top of the cheese and carrot. I also use a WHOLE bottle of Heinz salad cream ( not low fat ). Crusty bread also works well if it is well buttered.

I'm very shocked to find most of you still alive. :o
No pics but the other day I did a leek in cheese sauce bake topped with bread crumbs that I got off the Sunday Brunch show. Was alright, bit dull though. Second attempt added some nibble-sized blue cheese to the sauce and what a transformation....
I remember seeing that on the show but i was with you till you mentioned blue cheese, i can't stomach that stuff. I'm a cheddar cheese guy. I'll be eating out tomorrow as i'm meeting a pal for dinner, i'll try and get a pic but it's looking likely to be a Wetherspoons meal! :))

The burnt food council will be in session later to discuss this.
The instructions said fry them over a moderate heat for 18 minutes, turning regularly.
I may have the heat up a bit high judging from the fat splash marks around the cooker.
:)) :)) :))
I had this silly image in my head of George Formby advertising it while playing his uckele :))

Welcome back...! We're still here, all down to our healthy lifestyles and diets.
You can upload your 5 or so years of saucers now, no rush though, whenever you've got time...
Weirdly I think Gary Numan is a little bit older than Gary Oldman. Things are so messed up in life.
Not the best thread to appear, though... :P
It was freakin horrible.
Nah, it was seriously tasty.
