  • Still playing Lumo.

It's quite addictive but can be annoyingly frustrating at times. Interesting that the author seems to have been influenced by Head over Heels - I felt that the game suffers slightly from a lack of shadows for floating objects, as a reference to where you are on the screen.

I got bored with FO4, but I've never really spent much time playing Skyrim tbh. Tempted... :)

Did you get round to New Vegas? I think you had both at the same time?

Or just shoot the old biddies on Death Wish 3.

    Anyway - I'm currently playing
    TALISMAN - DIGITAL EDITION - on PS4

    nomadgames.co.uk/talismande/

Not a big gamer of latest gen stuff - but just bought this in the digital sale and I'm hooked... Joined the community and everything ! Having my first online event game this evening in fact.

It's better than the Speccy version (tho that still has some charm)

Yes it's a pity they've given up on the series in favour of Fire Emblem.
  • Finished Lumo on the PS4 the other day. Not a bad game, though the speccy references are the best part of it.

Having a go at Tales from the Borderlands, not really my sort of thing, but it was free on PS Plus so I thought I'd give it a shot. Have still got Borderlands 2 waiting to be played on the Xbox...
  • Probably not going to be playing anything for a few days, just got back from the hospital, I completely annihilated my middle finger on my right hand at work. It was completely burst open, bits of fat and gristle hanging out of it, but I'm lucky I'm short I suppose, the stubbiness of my fingers mean the tips have quite a bit of fat in them. The doc at the hospital said that little bit of extra fat is all that stopped me severing the nerve to my fingertip. I was worried at first I was going to lose the end of my finger that's how bad it looked.

The company merchandiser who used to be my boss years ago was drinking at a bar just over the way from work, he came over, and was like dude I need a picture of that. Then he was like Ergh! Put it away :))

Although the Lidicain they drowned my finger in has worn off now, and from how much it's hurting now I almost wish they'd chopped it off. No booze after tonight for a week either, they've put me on some pretty hardcore anti-biotics to stop it from getting infected, which I'm going to start tomorrow morning.

I've still got to go into work tomorrow though, to see if they can find me anything I can do with just my left hand, the doc's put a no right hand use at work restriction on me.

My left arm's sore now as well, cos' I had to have a tetanus shot as well. Not really having a good week so far.

I picked up my PS4 controller, and even though I've got a metal splint on my finger right now, I can hold it OK, but I'm not gonna push my luck.

  • You are in the wars !

Hope the finger is ok and the Anti-biotics work ok. I had to have two courses over a fortnight and it was quite a pain in the butt, I even had to be careful what I ate as the medication messed my stomach up, no curry for the duration.

You should listen to the Mel the Bell show to help it get better !

I will miss most of this weeks show as I am at a record fair Sunday till about 4.00

    Rest the hand !
Every time I read that the oldest person in the world has died, I have to do a quick check to see it isn't ME..........
  • Bet your left hands sore now, poor thing
