    Pipe organs were the first synthesizers, unique in being able to produce many different sounds at once, the blending of the various pipes being controlled by stops called 'voices' after the effect they caused. Vox Humana for instance is quite eerily like a choir sound depending on the quality of the music, the organist and the instrument.

    I'd give anything to own a pipe organ or a Wulitzer with Lesley speakers.

    I actually do like Roulette by Russ Conway, it is proper old style seaside music :))

    Flashing lights, salty air, chip shop grub......none of this Westlers hamburgers, fruit Machines, and 2 Unlimited shite :))

    That - RAKKA - was really horrible and scarey! I couldn't take more than 5 minutes of it. Depressing too since it's obviously a parody of ourselves and what we're doing or allowing to be done.

    I dont like horror films, never (voluntarily) watch them as a rule, that should reinforce my dislike of the genre!

    Caught me on a bad day, woke up extra early this morning feeling very low after a basinful from my wife who loathes the pres with a passion and emailed me a bunch of doom and gloom from around the Net basically outlining what that movie is based on, environmental disasters, quisling politicos, corporate mouthpieces spouting New Speak.

    She wants us to move back to the UK but my best mate who lives there told me 'under no circumstances do this, you'll regret it and knowing you, you'll get yourself in trouble from your opinions and quite likely your actions.'
