Non-Ferranti ULA 6C001E-7?

I just found a 6C001E-5 made in the Philippines (so no logo) - dated 8321. First one I've seen! It's in an Issue 2, of course.

But what about the ntsc ULAs?
I have seen the following:

6C011E (no suffix) 8312
6C011E-3 8428
6C011E-3 8444
6C011E-3 8501

Taking into account the date codes there are examples of 6C001E-7 ULAs on boards ranging from issue 2 to 6A.
What would be the motherboard revision that suits better the ntsc ULAs?
