17.11.1989?
This game is stored in Infoseek under title "17.11.1989". However I suspect this is the game release date, not the correct title... It seems most other sites consider that "Nechceme Nasili!" should be the correct title.
Also this thread seems to confirm that this game was stored in Infoseek without understanding the loading screen.
Does anybody have any insights or additional information about this title? Should we rename it accordingly?

This major event in our history lead to so called Velvet Revolution that ended rule of comunist party in Czechoslovakia. And the demonstration happened on November 17th 1989.
The game was released in late November or early December 89 as part of national protests against police violence.
But there is certainly a thing to correct. "Jiz nikdy" isn't an author name, it simply means "never more" in Czech ;)

I think it's already described here: https://www.worldofspectrum.org/forums/discussion/48644/ but not been processed yet.

It's the name of first game block, we have "Program:17.11.1989" displayed.
Then we have "Nahravam 17.11.1989" displayed - "17.11.1989 loading".
So yes, the title is correct. If other sources say otherwise, then they are wrong.
I fixed the author name in ZXDB.
