Why did RC leave?

It looks like RC will no longer be back, even just as a normal member. Why did he stop being a mod? Did he simply quit or did something else happen?

But I'm sure Scottie_UK's parental instinct will kick in and he will use his Nabhammer of Mood to sneakily lull karingal's hammer into sleep. Then he will nab it and cage it away for a later day, for when the Lemonites come stomping our way. There has to be a light side and a dark side; a balance to the Chuntey of WoS.
