lol i nearly made a massive mistake last week, picking bottles of beer i almost picked up a bottle of "nanny state", good job i noticed it was alcohol free (well 0.5% )

I bought a 6 pack of the Juicy Haze Voodoo Ranger yesterday because it was new, and I'd had my eye on it for a few days. It's definitely an acquired taste. Not so much juicy as bitter as f*ck, and rather odd tasting compared to the usual IPAs they do.
It's not awful, but I don't think I'll get it again.
Ok, fine! So, I went ahead and got it! Man this thing is THICK! But I definitely taste the bitterness you mentioned. I'm not sure that I agree with the description on the bottle at all. I usually HATE if it's too bitter ... but this wasn't too bad.
Well..I tried this again First time for year. The Beer of Lapland! A long time ago I wrote a letter to the company saying they should sell it in UK. They agreed but never did. I got a free baseball hat and a nice letter for my suggestion though. Well...it's not what it used to be since it got took over by a big brewer..but still.
bought a 10 pack of stella the other day, but today i went to a job interview and on the way home i stopped in B&M and saw they had kegs of stella, so currently emptying a 5l keg of stella :P

Me on the other hand drank way too much yesterday, and it was a lethal cocktail of "League of Heroes" IPA's, Abita Purple Haze, and Golden Monkey. Stayed up way too late as well, thank f*ck I didn't have work tonight, cos' I'd have been all over the place.
In my drunkenness I got on the Guild Chat Channel on ESO, and annoyed a load of people :))
I could do with a good stiff drink to kill the pain of my bad back, but I can hardly walk sober at the moment, so I would fall over and not be able to get back up again !
