Very few (I can't actually think of any off hand) have a 'member accessible' "Delete my account" option. Its usually restricted to the admin panel. There are for some forum software's (most of them, to be fair) addons which allow a user to suspend or delete (read as de-activate) their account...
If he hadn't made this original post, nobody would have noticed his absence anyway which is as effective as deleting the account would be. The following post is the clincher. This is just histrionics and the only effect is its potential to stir up trouble.

Yeah it is I might listen to it now, and I dedicate it to people posting under my name on facebook, or snakes who take out of context screenshots from outside of WOS to cause trouble, but are too much of a **** bitch to admit they caused the trouble.

Well there's only 2 other places I could've possibly posted about WOS outside of this site, and that paranoid nutjob stomped out of here thinking I was talking **** about him behind his back, which if I did, which I probably didn't....If I said anything about Fog it was probably in one other place, and it probably wasn't anything I wouldn't have said here, and even then it was probably a joke...
I'm just curious who posted the screenshot to him, of my slagging him off? like I say if it's from facebook it's not me. I don't have, and never will have a facebook account, if somebody is posting under my name from that poisonous waste of life it's not me! Simple as that! If it's from the 1 or 2 only other sites I may, and I say may mention WOS activity on then it's only 1 of about 5 other WOSsers who screencapped me, for no other reason that to cause sh*t. I'm pretty sure if I did mention Fog on those (I say those), but I mean "that" site, it was probably in jest, and probably something about being an old git, or dodgy ebay sales.
Thing that bothers me is I'm some horrible c*nt who slagged him off, and he has screenshots, of me doing so, but they can't be made public because then I'll know where they came from.....You know what! F*ck that, if somebody is a big enough snake to f*ck me up the arse and grass on me then they should be man enough to say yeah I snitched on you, to somebody else cause I thought you were being a c*nt, not hey here's some sly screenshots of this guy saying sh*t about you.
I'm curious to know what I said now really I am. I want to see those screenshots. I hope I said all kinds a really horrible stuff about Fog just so it can be justified...

Well I apologise for yesterdays long drunken angry rant, apparently I have it on good authority that whatever is going on with Fog at the minute is actually nothing to do with me, so I may have jumped the gun an itty bitty bit.
More so when you consider the various internet archives that record this stuff anyway.

Because people don't delete accounts to delete their posts. They know that in most cases they'll remain anyway. They delete their account because they don't won't to belong to some community any more. It's like leaving some organisation or religion.
Anyway, we actually don't know why Fog decided to leave. And claiming that someone behaves dramatically without knowing his reasons is dumb again.
Anyway again, I'm not arguing any more as arguing on internet is.. dumb. So have a ncie day.

I liked your rant Boozy! It was a most enjoyable read, no punches pulled. I could go for a good one myself now and then, especially now, especially considering the return of the "I'm never coming here again ever" crew, they know who they are. It is possible that it's his major form of income, or even the only form of income he has. So, I would also be very peeved if people were behaving the way he has described. I hate having to live paycheck to paycheck, but it's the world we live in and you plan accordingly. When people mess with those plans, it hurts my paycheck, it hurts me. I have a feeling we don't have the full picture, no matter who rants on here or off.
