It's this one: Pthumerian Queen. Just defeat her and you'll get the trophy. That page describes how to get to her. All I can remember is that I defeated the boos before her and completely missed another doorway that lead further into the dungeon. So I thought I'd defeated the final boss, but hadn't.
Remember, you don't have to have all the materials to create a dungeon you've already made. Just find a code for it online - I only found this out recently. Makes farming so much easier.

I re-ran the required dungeon again last night and it decided to give me the Defiled Chalice this time! I've no idea why I only got a gem last time.
So now I'm suck on the first layer boss! I can easily get the hunter down to bellow half health within seconds, but once he buffs up, it's game over as I can't even get close and can't parry his attacks anymore.
I was getting annoyed with it last night so decided to try again at a later date. That tactic seems to work well for me :))

Is that the Keeper of the Old Lords? For some reason I found these particularly easy by just getting in and out really quickly - don't bother with the parrying. To finish it off use the Bone Ash to dramatically increase gun fire power.
I also found out a good way of beating Amygdala. If you can run behind her and basically look at her arse (don't lock on at all) then she almost always leaps into the air. If you've got Ludwigs Holy Blade in secondary mode just R2 a power strike (hold R2 down) and when she lands she never seems to land on you. But her head is really close to the blade - let go of R2 for a devastating attack on her head. Turns one of the hardest, annoying bosses into one of the easiest.
I guess no one will be surprised to learn that I'm playing Dark Souls Remastered! Got the PC version (being as I owned the original game in Steam they offered it for half price (£17) - cool!) and it's pretty awesome playing it in 4K. I'd almost forgotten just how amazing a game it is.
Ive been playing pacman (possibly my all time favourite game) on the switch (from the Namco musem set) but its starting to annoy me now, im not sure if my left joycons dodgy but its super hard to move fast enough , might be the 8 way thing? and sometimes it seems to go the wrong way (again is that an issue with the joycon, or just the 8 way being not suited to fast tight moving games) anyway its annoyed me so im playing Wonderboy: the dragons trap which im loving, awesome graphics, which you can change to the 8 bit with a single click of the ZR button

Its an rpg that features pokemon and looks a bit minecraft styley

I finally beat that hunter. It took me a little while and I needed to really fireproof myself, but I got lucky in the end I guess. I also found that sparking my weapon helped too.
Then, having she'd the fireproof gear ready for the next boss, it turned out to be that fire dog thing that most people were complaining about, but I sailed past him! I think I only got hit twice in total. I took a summoned character in with me though as there was one outside, but I honestly expected it to be a road block.
Amygdala on the other hand is proving to be a hitch! My first attempt wasn't too bad. I got her down to about half health reasonably quickly, but then got landed on thanks to a poor camera as I'd got her backed up against the wall.
Subsequent attempts have steadily got worse, to the point where I once got killed the instant I crossed the fog :)) I even made a video of that very attempt!
I'm currently playing Owlboy while I'm waiting for Agony to get patched into a working state :)) Apparently, it's got intermittent issues depending on hardware for some reason. It's got a terrible amount of screen tear (something I hate and struggle to play through) and is prone to crashing to the point where I've read of at least two people having to blitz their hard drives due to having them corrupt! The developers say they know what's happened, but it'll take a couple of days for the patch to be approved.
I finally got around to playing Destiny 2, I'm quite enjoying it and am not bothering with any real online play, although it is handy when I am in a bit of a war and could do with some help. Others online tend to drop in and help to destroy everything :) I have noticed that when there is a firefight with other online players killing everything then I tend to make a beeline to it to get in some slaughtering :D:D
Oh, before I forget, I tend to stream the gameplay of whatever I am playing on Twitch :) Subscribe to me and you will receive notifications when I am streaming, which is quite random tbh lol

So that we know how crap you're at playing games? I thought that was woody's speciality!
I'm currently playing Vampyr (the game, not the WoSser). Was really struggling to get anywhere in it, but then I watched a beginners guide video on YouTube and realised I was doing it all wrong. Started again, and now I'm kicking arses and finding it very difficult to put down. It's an odd game, not quite like any RPG I've played before, but definitely a good kind of odd. :)

Mine is more fun cos I just tend to pile in with all weapons firing :D
Oh, and I die less than Woody, everyone dies less that Woody hehe
I’ve been trying to play Claire on my vita for the last few days, hope I can transfer my save from vita to ps4 playing it on that small screen s a bit of an eyesore. It’s one of those 2D silent hill type games, and I understand it’s suppsed to be dark, but I can barely see anything.

I've been playing that too and while I'm enjoying it, I'm also finding it to be hard going too. Mainly with trying to keep each district healthy. I've also been a little disheartened by a choice I made too. The dialogue options don't always play out the way they sound like they do and what looked like the safest option was probably the worst one and if it wasn't for the fact that I'd just spent a while healing everyone in the district, it would have instantly turned it had, causing me to loose everyone in there! As it stands now, I've got to go on a healing run around there before I sleep now or it'll go bad.
I've also got another district going bad everytime I sleep, but I've not even set foot in there yet, so I can see me looking that one through no fault of my own.

Other than that, it's pretty good!
Yeah, it does suffer from "LA Noire syndrome" in places, where Jonathan flies off the handle even though I thought I was just gonna pay someone a compliment or something. Apart from that, I've found the dialogue and voice acting to be surprisingly good for something that's not quite a AAA title.
Yup, I found on my first savefile that I was sleeping too often and having real trouble keeping districts healthy - I've only slept once so far on the new savefile though (about 8-9 hours in so far), which obviously makes the combat harder, but it's much easier to keep on top of illnesses, and upgrading my hacksaw, combined with the spikes-out-of-the-floor ability (I forget what it's called) has managed to get me through the combat well enough so far. The "hard biting" ability has been quite useful too.
Been playing Jydge which was part of a Humble Bundle deal a couple of months ago. It's a top-down perspective romp where you slowly advance through a couple of fairly small maps, building up an impressive arsenal of weapons and skills. Firing and moving have their seperate directions and on each map there are various challenges to overcome (don't get hit, don't be spotted, kill all enemies in X seconds etc.) to actually proceed in the game, so you'll have to find the best loadout to do that.
It can be frustrating at times because some of the challenges seem borderline impossible, but for me it's part of the fun trying to figure out how to manage them. Sizzling a large armada of foes with a maxed out Ion cannon shotgun that sends sparks from each projectile onto nearby foes sure is fun. But sometimes a more discrete approach is asked for ...
Just bought the NES mini... I had a SNES back in the day and never really played NES that much (a few on emulators). My 5 year old is loving all the games, sure Mario is always a sure hit, but most of the games makes me think that Americans really polish the NES, while many Spectrum games are far superior.

As with most retro gaming, it all depends on what you had when you were growing up. I had a NES as a kid (as well as a Speccy before that and a SNES after) and absolutely loved it. The NES was a big hit it the US and the UK, so it would make sense that Americans talk it up, because a lot of people grew up with it there. Same goes for the C64.
One thing I'm always surprised by the NES is how much story many of the games had... and a finish. Was it just me who was a bad player at 6, or most of Speccy games didn't have an ending, or a level system like the NES
I finished a few NES games back in the day, never owned one, but the kid who lived across the street did, so I'd lend him my Master System in echange for his NES every now and then.
Later on I'd lend him my Megadrive every now and then for a loan of his NES.
Last weekend i bought a game on the Steam sale called Project Highrise, it's basically a modern version of Sim Tower. Just getting into it, it's easy to control and not too in depth. I'm already making a profit!

Hey, there's a reason people call difficult games "Nintendo hard"! :)
Think I might have finished TMNT once without cheats, and maybe Street Gangs/River City Ransom. Really struggling to think of something I finished without cheats! :D
Oh, Rescue. I definitely finished Rescue. It's really easy, takes about 10 minutes. :D
I used to rent NES games (from the video store) over the weekend in the early 90s and my brother and me would really get into them, so we finished quite a few that certainly weren't easy. Two titles I definitely remember are The Adventures of Bayou Billy and Totally Rad.

Don't think I ever made past the first level of Bayou Billy! Such a tough game! If it wasn't for the practice mode, I would never have known it had driving and shooting sections! :D
Bayou Billy was crap, that was one problem with NES games, the good ones were hard, but the sh*t ones were hard as well. Not much incentive to keep playing a crap game if it's rock.
I never understood why Bayou Billy got such acclaim back when it was out? Even hardcore Nintendo boys call it a bit crap these days, and you know they'll defend their machine worse than a Commodian with a severe case of Brown Denial ;)
Been playing The Crew 2 these last few days. Contrary to the mediocre reviews and YouTube hate it's been getting, I'm absolutely loving it! It's a lot like the first game, but with just about everything improved and cranked up to ten. Just silly, crazy fun. Awesome game!
Still playing Vampyr too. Getting near the end now, still haven't "killed" anyone, but it's becoming a real slog now. Seems like I'm stumbling across a boss fight every 10 minutes or so, which is incredibly annoying. If I wanna play Dark Souls, I'll just play Dark Souls, thanks.
Also been playing FIFA 18. Got kinda swept up in the World Cup shenanigans and saw it at 75% off on XBL. It's actually really good, really enjoying the career mode. :)

In fact, no I'm not... The TV doesn't have a headphone jack (the missus is watching the other TV damn).
