Hey!
I love to play Turmoil ( Bugbyte ) but yesterday poor little Mick started to drip randomly the oil a little now and then.
It seems like it works great for the first levels but after 3-4 screens it started again.. :(
I've not seen that happen ? Not really 100% sure as it does drip anyway iirc I've not played it for about a year now.
EDIT... One way around this might be to simply watch the .rzx of it, perhaps at double speed if its taking too long to just see if it happens in that on those levels, can always drop it to normal speed upon it playing back a room of interest. :)
I want to place my head down the toilet and flush it several times,........GOD THAT BLOODY MUSIC!!!,...AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:-(
There's a game on ZX called simply Kung-Fu by BugByte I believe, had horrific music and you couldn't turn it off but thank god someone sorted out a poke where once inputted would stop the music and slightly speed up the game in the process,...here's the proof, footage with and without music:
I guess that's not one of your vids Zeus? It says unavailable, usually your embedded vids work?
Kung fu was quite a horrible game though, but an interesting concept, a martial arts game using vector graphics always seemed a bit odd, but it almost kind of worked. But for 1983 or whenever it came out it was acceptable I suppose, probably the best martial arts game from that year :))
I like that Turmoil! Thats the sort of game that appeals to me with nifty little mechanisms and devices to use plus it doesnt seem too lethal so you get a chance to figure out what to do before a baddie gets you. The oil drip is cool too

Makes you wonder why they simply didn't have something to turn off the music like MM or JSW as it looks a lot more playable. To be fair, the animation is really good considering it's from 1983.

Yeah It's one of mine, for some reason I didn't allow embedding on it, should work now :-)
