Talking of vinyl, just bought this mellow electronica 10" on both black and clear vinyl.
Hes from Doncaster but the vinyl was lathe cut and released by Sheffield label Doitthissen records, i have all of their releases so far (Indie, Punk, weird electronica, mellow electronica, garage punk and sort of stoner, sludgey rock) https://www.discogs.com/label/1419986-Do-It-Thissen-Records
most are issues of 25 - 50 so no you cant buy em, most are long sold out lol
Fancied listening to some D'n'B....Strangely enough Def Chris' D'n'B mixes made it over from my broken old, old PC to this one, so I'm listening to a few of those, since he's been letting the side down and not releasing them any more ;)
Actually listening to the Halloween one that kicked it all off years ago, since it's October and all that....
Funny it says that Bass Monsta mix was created 2005, on my PC, but then it says 2013 modified, but I know I've had that one for about 11 or 12 years.....pretty sure it was 2009.....That's f*cking insane for time passing us by.....
I saw Hawkwind at Belladrum last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. Mrs Ant wandered off.
Seen them and Gong a handful of times each back in the early 90s, great live, trippy as ****, mind you the drugs helped ;)
I have heard these days Dave Brock struggles to complete full sets though?

:-) well I'd put Back in Black in the top ten rock albums of all time, but the rest of their stuff is a bit meh, really. BiB is fantastic though.
I'll give you that one! :D

Now my computer can move me to tears like my turntables can. What a difference in sound quality. It is simply amazing.
Currently I am listening to Marilion's Misplaced Childhood and its the best I ever heard it.
Was Stacia there?
:D
