Unlikely, the majority of all Speccy games didn't even manage to run at 25 fps, and plenty of them had some bugs ...
The consoles have a hard enough time hitting 25fps :)
Only the older ones. I can run it at 60FPS (actually varies between 55-60) on Series X in "performance mode". I'm pretty sure PS5 runs it just as well. I play it in "quality mode" though, so it's locked at 30FPS at a higher resolution. I have no problem with 30FPS unless I'm playing a multiplayer game, and even then it only really makes a difference to me in certain games.

Seems a lot of console players are having major problems with CP 2077 - Sony have pulled it from their online store and the publisher is offering refunds.
It was hyped to the heavens but has turned into a mess.
CD Projekt Red should have bitten the bullet a long time ago and made Cyberpunk a next-gen/PC only release. As much as I like them as a developer, they straight up misled people by keeping console footage under wraps until release day, because they knew it was a mess on console and that they would end up with lots of cancelled pre-orders. It's a real shame, because a great game (in my opinion at least, I'm still having a great time with it, bugs aside) is now being completely overshadowed and buried by all the controversy. It was featured on BBC News the other day, I don't think I've ever seen a game end up on the news before.
I don't think we've had a screw-up of this scale since No Man's Sky. I'm really surprised at CDPR because they've always come across as developers who care about their players. It's clearly been rushed out to hit the Xmas market.

8 years is some rush ;)

The developers were working overtime when the game was delayed despite CDPR saying the wouldn't do this. They now have a lot of reputational damage to recover from not to mention lost revenue from refunds.

and a drop in company shares on the stock market

Yeah, you'd think they'd have ironed out all of the kinks in that time :-)
I traded my copy of Cyberpunk in for Immortal: Fenyx Rising instead. It felt a bit strange trading in for an Ubisoft game but i must admit i`m really enjoying it, obviously due to the style its being compared to Breath of the wild but is that really a bad thing. I`m about 17 hours in and have had no issues with crashes or major bugs and am enjoying it massively, if you get the chance give it a bash.
I like how he complains about the police spawning problem (which is extremely irritating, to be fair) and then goes on to say the wanted systems in Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA V are much better, both of which have the exact same problem (they just do a much better job of hiding it). I lost count of the amount of times I'd be in the middle of nowhere in RDR2, shot someone (usually by accident, honest), only to then get instantly swarmed by lawmen. :))
This guy hits the RDR2 problem squarely on the head (at around 16:10)...
Someone said the main story in Cyberpunk is quite short so i'm doing side missions for the moment.
Word of advice: stay away from the "Beat On The Brat" missions. I've now had to endure three of them, and they're an absolute broken mess of poor collision-detection and just overall dogs*** melee. Avoid. At least until they patch some kind of playability in there.
Funnily enough, I watched videos where people have been exploiting a bug that lets you use melee weapons for these missions (they're basically a series of illegal street fights, but with no weapons, or fun, or coherent physics), so you could actually use a baseball bat if you really wanted to. :D
I'm still playing Cyberpunk 2077. Over 100 hours in now, but I feel like the story's about to start wrapping up. Fantastic story, absolutely worth putting up with the bugs and jank for.
I'm keen to get it finished as I have loads of stuff I'm dying to play. My girlfriend bought me the Yakuza Remastered Collection for Christmas, and I've since bought Yakuza 0, Kiwami 1 & 2 (all available on Game Pass, but I wanted them on disc to keep) and Yakuza 6. It's about time I got back into Yakuza, certainly got a lot there to get through! :))
Also still got Bloodborne sitting on the pile of stuff to play, and I've just received Hitman 3. Already shaping up to be a busy year of gaming. :D
I've sank 28 hours into CP 2077 but mostly doing side missions and gigs. The map is vast and i have many areas still to explore, not been to the badlands but will need to go there for my next mission to collect one of Delamains missing taxis.
@dm_boozefreek wasn't much hassle really - straightforward in the end without many spikes. Biggest problem was World 5 and only one bit of that was a pain (rushed it).
Dark Souls and Bloodborne taught me well. It's not the brutal game I remembered.
Took my time through it and built a badass character who was the usual jack of all trades. Can't think of any boss who gave me that much hassle - Flamelurker I got a bit lucky with but the King Allants I nailed both easily first go, and they scared me back in 2010. In fact I think I beat just about every boss first attempt! The levels and enemy placement were more tricky.
Thoroughly enjoyed all of it, it was great to reminisce and be surprised at some of it I had completely forgot. The levels are far better structured than I remember, almost approaching Bloodborne astonishment in some cases. In fact it's more Bloodborne than Dark Souls in its structure.
Maybe I'll play it one day.....If I could actually get something to play it on X(
Oh King Allant....I remember trying to arrow snipe that bast from the stairs to try and get him down before the actual confrontation. The sheer amount of times I had to reload because he stole a load of my skill points as well, if I remember rightly the fight wasn't that hard, but if he grabbed you might as well restart unless you want to go farming to get the souls to get the points to re-level the abilities he just nerfed.
I mean that is cruel, a last boss that removes levels from you, especially for how long it takes to get those levels by that point in the game.
Still not as shady as what Nier does to you at the end, but still it's a bit rough :))
Well, I've finished Cyberpunk 2077. Did every quest/gig/side activity I could find, took about 120 hours. Definitely want to play through it again, my brother has been playing a different path and has had a bunch of quests that I didn't get on my playthrough, but I'll wait until the proper next-gen version is released later in the year. Good game, despite the problems.
I've gone back to playing Kingdom Come: Deliverance as I'd gotten quite far into it and I still managed to remember exactly what I was doing. When this is finished, I will be playing Bloodborne as my next RPG. Trying to have an RPG on the go at all times. :D
Also been playing Hitman 3, which is absolutely brilliant. Well, I'm currently replaying the first two games in the Hitman 3 engine before doing the actual Hitman 3 missions (although I did do the first one, just to see what it's like). Really cool being able to play them with all the graphical enhancements. :)
just moved my ps4 into the bedroom so i can play it when i want instead of people watching tv instead all the time. Already had resident evil 7 and last of us installed, removed all the ps+ stuff at the minute as i cancelled it so cant play it.
Reinstalled bloodbourne, GTA 5, Elite dangerous and Yooka layla to play on

EDIT: You know that was a joke, but I started thinking you know some nutter out there has modded one...Yup you can buy 4K mod kits for Binatone :))
Probably costs about 200x what the actual console does...

(NSFW: He swears a fair amount)
Same here. The random crime missions and gigs do get a tad repetitive after a while, but it's worth doing them just to level up your skills. :)

Brilliant game, prob my favourite of 2020 - PS5 Demon's Souls and The Last Of Us 2 coming a close 2nd and 3rd.
Just a really fun game to play that was beautifully well done. Sucker Punch deserve a hell of a lot of credit.

Worth every penny.
