Are there any games (for Speccy) like "Scorched earth" on PC? You know, tank duel where you can change angle and shot power?

I know only Mastertronic's Tank Trax.

Yes Tank Trax is the closest or Ballista which came with the 16/48 tape magazine(issue 3 or 4 I think).
