  • This is nuts! I haven't checked online obviously for close to 3 years since this got posted back in 2019, last time I did check it turned up nothing! But I've been looking for any actual recordings from this band since about 1993! :O

Sadly the song I'm looking for isn't on this album, and there's only 2 songs kicking about from their second album! Neither of which are the one I'm looking for.

I can see mel now saying "Hang on this punk is too melodic for Boozy with those whiny voices he's always complaining about" Yeah you'd be right, but I've had a soft spot for this band for a very long time :p
Asked on Punktorrents if anybody has either releases, they arent even for sale on discogs and never have

Show them Fawlty Towers. They'll love it!

Tried Fawlty Towers; it went down well. They lived Only Fools And Horses, too, but that's not surprising. Mr Bean is popular as is The Thin Blue Line.

Yeah there was a discogs link under this vid on YouTube it’s got both albums listed, but that’s it. The one I posted here was only ever released on tape, and there wasn’t a lot made, partly why I’m so surprised someone finally put this out there. Like I said above I’ve literally been looking for stuff from this band for close to 30 years.

  • Thanks for checking mel....The few songs on there that aren't on the first album have a closer sound to the song I was looking for, but It's not on there! I know fine well it was featured in an episode of Props BMX Video Magazine from about 1993/94....but finding that would be like finding a needle in a haystack!

You still on my dropbox? I haven't removed anyone...Marmite removed himself a year or so back, and I think Gazzer maybe did too, and Tiny....But other than that it's still active.

Tell Frank I said he was a branleur as well ;)

There's a new album out from them recently, first for a long time, I only found out the other week.

Only listened to it once and wasn't loving it, but maybe it's a grower. First time round the sound just seemed a bit lacklustre, there wasn't much life to it.

Hmm, I have Ian Anderson's Thick as a brick 2 album. Didn't think it was brilliant, just ok. I wonder how good this will be?
