    Does anyone know why the original tzx always seems to load in 48k mode even on a 128/+2?

    The .dsk image has AY music, so it's not as if it was 48k only.

    Yup, tried it in 48K mode on both. I have a grey 128 + 2 so all good there.

    Looks dead to me - only part that works as I said was the feed button.

    commands make no difference to the printer, doesn't move, doesn't make noise.
