    The power supply delivers 12v and 5v lines to the +3 and +2a's. You should be able to convert a PC-AT power supply to suit.

    Since you're already measuring: Are -5V, +12V and -12V stable, too?

    You could use the diagram in the +2B/+3B amendment service manual. Its surprising it works. The -12V is for the serial port chips.

    The -12V was fine, it was one of the +12V lines that was not there... the other +12V line was also fine and thats the only one connected to the +2A inside - it powers the PAL circuitry only (it seems)... and the picture is rock-solid :)

    Sounds like the RGB signals are working. You have probably not connected the 12V signal at the RGB port to pin 8 on the scart socket. This is needed to switch RGB input on. Try checking the voltage on pin 6 of TEA2000 to see if its dead.

    The 128 doesn't have a 12V output on RGB. If you go for the composite solution on the above site it should work fine without it.
