There's no need to change anything in the +2 grey to put an EPROM instead of ROM, isn't it? So no need for a schematic (unless you can't locate the ROM chip in the PCB) -

for some unknown reason I thought you were using a +2 Grey.... figure..... Had I of realized it was a +2 (AB) Black, then I would of informed you that the phono connector is output only (unless you mod it =) ) -
