The way I see it, +3e roms are fairly mature. I got 1.37, but 1.38 only fixes a coupla bugs and i see no reason to change yet. I got mine on Eproms. good 4 me! -

Oh, and I have also a disk full of tools for converting. Again, let me know if you want it. I used spectaculator to do all the conversions, and then transferred all 4000++ games as individual disk partitions and wrote a wicked menu system for my +3e -

I'm looking forward to getting one of these when they're ready. It'll make testing new versions of the +3e ROMs for each hard disk interface much less arduous. Who knows, I might even get around to doing some updates ;) -
