I actually really enjoyed Afterburner on the Speccy it was fast and playable and had some neat tricks like when an enemy sneaked up behind you, your had to roll and hit the brakes! -

Sit in games with full hydraulics like Afterburner, could cost quite a bit - I think it was 50p back in the day?.. Generally most upright boxes cost 10p in the early 80s. with a few like R-type charging 20p.
