Yup, they seem to be going for just under $200 (USD) on fleabay.

If you're looking for a good, cheap android pad that's not going to annoy you within a week then i heartily recommend the Archos 101. Carphone Warehouse are doing them for150 quid. We have two and they're great.

Mame4Droid is superb (lot's of great emulators for Android atm.) Only issue with my Android is size of the screen and it's only 2.1 - won't upgrade higher! May have to upgrade my X10 Mini Pro - anybody know if the Xperia Ray is any good?
