    I did a few tests on large (~40K) blocks and it compresses to ~1K less than aPLib or puCrunch.

    Exomizer, aplib and pucrunch are nice compressors, each with their own pros/cons. Some compress better, some are faster, some are smaller.

    I've been using the aplib decompresor quite a bit lately, and it works great for full screen graphics.

    Thank you very much. I am interested in a truly optimal solution (3rd option). I will try it directly. And If I have sucess (very difficult because the challenge is complicate) I will release also an APLib compressor, because the actual one is not optimal.
