    I didn't find a listing for 42 characters per line, but I did find 2 listings for 64 chars. per line. Both use similar PRINT AT methods which were asked for. I found them both in Popular Computing Weekly.

    Oh yeah, and [I]World Cup Carnival[/I] as well. The fact that it was an old Artic title re-released at twice the price in order to jump on the bandwagon of the 1986 World Cup only makes matters worse in my opinion :)
