Looks like Atic Atac is a favourite with most people
A great little game that most people can complete in 10-15 minutes , and have great fun doing so
Plus it's infinitely replayable -

Elite, Starion, Starstrike, Dark Star, Codename MAT, Time Gate, Starfox, Battle of the Planets, Dimension Destructors, Wanderer, and Star Wars would all fit the bill too.
