Nowadays scl used everywhere along with trd, actually. TRD is a full disc image, while SCL is just needed files. I can do trd, if needed.
Also seems you should unlink Alex from all other Alex'es in archive. -

DOOM exist in TRD (tr-dos) and D80 (mdos) disc version.
DivIDE interface with system MDOS3 can use D80 disc images and run DOOM or BLACK RAVEN games :-) -
