    You are trying to put your code in the printer buffer. In 128 BASIC and +3 BASIC this area is used for memory paging code and you can't use it.

    Maybe saving the program with SAVE "program" LINE 1: GOTO 1 would work? That would save the BASIC memory area in a way the next statement to run would be "GOTO 1", so when loaded it does just that.

    Or maybe I'm talking nonsense :)
