If you're using Spectaculator and you have AY interface emulation (fuller or melodik) turned on, you'll get AY sound no matter what mode you're in. :) -

Well i managed to get some 128K tapes to load on my +3, and I can report back that the Zaxon AY interface does work, albeit rather more quietly than on my 48K machines.
I suppose that is some good news. -
