I would go for Football Manager. There have been loads of football management games since Kevin Toms classic, but I have found them to be over complicated and lacking the sheer addictiveness of the original. -
Neverendingare their any games which never end some people might say Elite but in that game you can be killed, and in management games you can go bust/be sacked…
I used to play Headcoach tons (American football management game) but after Season 99 it then crashes and you cant carry on, have to restart !
I was quite gutted after a year or so i had to start all over again ! -

Id have to say though that Football Director and The Double were pretty brilliant, and again showed Football Manager to be a pretty sparse affair. Couldn't play any of them now though, time hasn't been kind. -

What would you say is the best Speccy footy game ? Dont think there were many other great ones. I love MD II , just wish they hadnt made the characters different, the graphics in MD I were good, just a bit too comic book like in MD2. -
