I'd say Pacmania too (nice 128K sound), though Ms. Pac-Man was nice and quite faithful to the original I think (only played the official handheld version I got as a kid and the Speccy version). By far the best I have found is called "Classic Muncher" graphics are very good for pac-man and it has different levels and the ghosts seem fairly intelligent!:D
