    Probably boils down to programming. If you're used to BASIC then decimal addresses obviously become more familiar, whereas in z80, HEX or Binary becomes your preferred way of visualising.

    Oh, just the same. I simply meant that the output could be either decimal or hexadecimal—whatever is easier for you to code. I just normally don’t like binary since it can look cluttered, especially as lines get longer.
